Rick Lapointe

(b. Montreal, PQ) With a background in fine woodworking and blacksmithing, Lapointe is captivated by the malleability of steel and the unpredictable principles of deconstruction, accident and balance. The work of this Kingston-based sculptor is found in the Gananoque Sculpture Park in Ontario, and in private collections in Canada, the US and Australia.
