About The Text is Still Unwritten No 8
'The Text Is Still Unwritten' is a series of 8 serigraphs created in 2008. Teichert made over 40 black ink and acrylic drawings on mylar which were transferred to silk screens. A group of these drawings were chosen for each piece until the desired image was achieved. These prints are interspersed with text-like signs and waveforms reminiscent of hieroglyphics, language and music.Unframed, 22 x 30 inches each.
