Singing Bowl Cerulean Sky Medium Marlene Hilton Moore

A medium sized outdoor stainless steel bowl is coated in a rich cerulean blue by sculptor Marlene Hilton Moore. Based on Tibetan singing bowls, this larger scale version can be rung by running a wooden mallet around the rim to produce a resonant tone. This sculpture can be installed indoor or outdoor and may be paired with another, larger Cerulean sky bowl. “Do we listen, do we hear? Ultimately we hear sound, but listening constructs meaning.
