Work by Claude Millette featured in upcoming exhibition at Galerie Yves Louis-Seize
Oeno Gallery is proud to announce that Sculptor Claude Millette will be featured in "Être couleur" Volet 2, the upcoming group exhibition at Galerie Yves Louis-Seize, in St-Gabriel, Quebec.
For this exhibition, Millette will be presenting a new work titled "Ogives", a powder coated steel sculpture, made of four colorful elements.
The exhibition at Galerie YL-S will runs from September 7-28, 2024. The opening reception will be on September 7, with the presence of the artists.
Claude Millette's work Equilibrium IV v.2 will be featured in our upcoming exhibition SCULPT, opening on September 7, 2024.
Born in Saint-Hyacinthe, Millette studied at the École de sculpture de Saint-Jean-Port-Joli and apprenticed with sculptors Robert Poulin and Jordi Bonet. Millette's works have been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions and are in the collections of the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, the Musée d’art de Joliette, and the Musée du Bas-Saint-Laurent, the Musée National des Beaux-Arts du Québec and the Ville de Matour, Bourgogne, France.
