Aron Hill’s fresh, modern ‘take’ on landscapes continues with a new series of works on paper. Known for their bold form and bright colour palette, this piece also incorporates an architectural element—an arched window. Hill often uses the sun as a feature and this acrylic on paper is no exception. A neutral canvas allows the bright green, pink and yellow colours to ‘pop.’
“The sun is a central element of my work. It serves as the guiding light to the layers of experience translated onto canvas.” Aron Hill
