Aron Hill enjoys playing with bold colour and simple form. This abstract composition by the Calgary artist features a white oval ringed in black above a rainbow of colour—arched bands of red, yellow and blue that become green, orange and purple when they intersect. Joyful.

They obtained a BFA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Alberta College of Art and Design and their MFA from Goldsmiths College, University of London in 2006. They have exhibited across Canada and in Dubai. Hill’s work is held in private and corporate collections.
