A painterly canary yellow orthogonal floats on an energetic ground of charcoal with indigo highlights in this bold canvas. Artist Ivo Stoyanov combines acrylic paint, marble dust, pigments and wax in layers that he polishes into a rich satin finish. Stoyanov received a Masters degree in Mural Painting from the Fine Arts Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria (1990). He has completed major mural projects in the US, Bulgaria and Canada. His work is held in private and corporate collections.
