About Mobius H8 Painted Black Stainless Steel

This large outdoor abstract sculpture by Jeremy Guy is hand-forged from stainless steel and finished in a glossy black. The striking elegant curves of Guy’s contemporary sculptures grace the grounds of many different countries in the world. Guy’s series called Mobius features what appears to be a simple lyrical loop—the form is based on a mathematical construct that was discovered in the mid-19th century by a German mathematician named August Ferdinand Mobius. The design of Guy’s stainless steel sculptures have been digitally optimized to perfection and are expertly crafted.

Jeremy Guy was born and raised in a small town in West Yorkshire, England. A fine art major, in 2001 he graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with an Honours BA in Product Design. His sculptures are collected across three continents in both public and private spaces.
