About Southern Stripes 24-01

This colourful modern pop art painting has a graphic design.

Lines of bright colours in a bold zigzag design create a joyful composition in this acrylic painting by Viktor Mitic. Known and collected internationally for his provocative artwork, Mitic often finds inspiration in everyday objects.
The vivid palette—hot pinks, turquoise, orange, bright green, yellow, royal blue, red, white and black for contrast was initially inspired by the striped patterns of beach towels. Now the abstract artist is using the positive power of pure colour to capture patterns that represent the very essence of life. One of a series.

"In the dance of colours, I find inspiration in the patterns of DNA, weaving the vibrant hues of life into a masterful tapestry of joy and energy." Viktor Mitic
