About Titan

Tall and imposing, Titan is a contemporary sculpture created by Viktor Mitic, a Canadian sculptor known for his inspired work. Intricately designed abstract shapes forged from bronze and covered in a rich blue-green patina are masterfully balanced and stacked at varying angles to give the illusion of defying gravity. Mitic’s sculptural vision is focused on producing timeless pieces.

Viktor Mitic was born in Serbia, emigrated to Canada and earned a BFA from the University of Toronto in 1995 with studies in art history at Sheridan College. He has exhibited his post-Pop inspired paintings, prints and colourful abstract sculptures at numerous international venues, notable among them Muramatsu Gallery in Tokyo, The Armory Show in NYC, Art Chicago and Toronto. His work is held in corporate, private, and public collections.
