Oeno Gallery is happy to support Gilda's Toronto Annual Golf Tournament taking place on August 9th at Eagle's Nest Golf Club in the GTA.

The event by Gilda’s Toronto is held in support of the meaningful educational programs provided free of charge to those experiencing cancer-related stress. 'Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto (Gilda’s) is a community of support where people facing the fear and uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis, personally or for a loved one, can find strength in others who share their experience.'

Oeno Gallery has donated 'Rachel', an expressive sculpture by Quebecois artist, Paul Duval. Duval uses layer upon layer of delicate paper to create these unique and compelling sculptures. 'Rachel' is made of paper mache, wire, and wood. Perched on a silver leaf plinth, a seated figure leaning forward in blue gestures to the viewer, creating a unique connection. Paul Duval is often captivated by human form and the power of a simple gesture to convey deep emotion which is reflected in his work.
