Our Promise to You
- Unless otherwise noted, items are in excellent condition. Condition reports or videos available on request.
- Art works will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
- You have 2 weeks within which you may return the work. (See refund policy for details).
- All work is professionally packed and insured during transit.
- Applicable taxes, packing, brokerage, shipping, and insurance will be determined prior to purchase.
How to Purchase Art From Oeno Gallery
We are here to answer your calls 7 days a week (613) 393-2216. Alternatively, click the purchase button for the work, and this will open a form to tell us which works you would like to acquire.
No payment will be required until we communicate with you directly with the final delivered price, but the piece will be considered on hold for you until we finalize the sale.
We will require your full name, address, email and phone number to hold an item and provide a shipping quotation. Shipping, duty, and taxes may vary, based on your location and the size and weight of the item. We will provide a final cost for your approval prior to processing any payment.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and wire transfers, and require full payment prior to shipping.
Payments can be made in most major currencies.
Return Policy
Clients may decide to return purchased work within 14 days of arrival provided that the Client pays for return shipping and insurance. If the work is received in the same condition as it was shipped, a refund for the work will be issued, minus the cost of all shipping and handling, duties and brokerage fees that may have been incurred. (Note: All work is photographed prior to shipment.) The customer is responsible for contacting the gallery to arrange return within 14 days of delivery.

A portfolio of additional images (front, details, side, back) can be provided prior to purchase. Works are inspected prior to shipment and we will provide a condition report if requested. All work comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
