Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and wire transfers, and require full payment prior to shipping. Payments can be made in most major currencies.
No payment will be required until we communicate with you directly with the final delivered price, but the piece will be considered on hold for you until we finalize the sale. You will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your request for purchase, your hold request or your inquiry.

Shipping, duty, and taxes may vary, based on your location and the size and weight of the item. We will provide a final cost for your approval prior to processing any payment. Our packing and shipping department has experience crating and shipping work successfully all over the world. Works are inspected and photographed prior to shipment and we will provide a condition report if requested.

Are you in Ontario or Western Quebec? Let us bring the work to you! We can bring artwork to your home or office for a private viewing. Oeno Gallery offers weekly scheduled door-to-door deliveries to London, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and other areas in Ontario and Quebec.
Our Promise To You
- Unless otherwise noted, items are in excellent condition. Condition reports or videos available on request.
- Artworks will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
- You have 2 weeks within which you may return the work.
- All work is professionally packed and insured during transit.
- Applicable taxes, packing, brokerage, shipping, and insurance will be determined prior to purchase.
Quality Assurance
A portfolio of additional images (front, details, side, back) can be provided prior to purchase. Works are inspected prior to shipment and we will provide a condition report if requested. All work comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Return Policy
Clients may decide to return purchased work within 14 days of arrival provided that the Client pays for return shipping and insurance. If the work is received in the same condition as it was shipped, a refund for the work will be issued, minus the cost of all shipping and handling, duties and brokerage fees that may have been incurred. (Note: All work is photographed prior to shipment.) The customer is responsible for contacting the gallery to arrange return within 14 days of delivery.
