This stunning outdoor sculpture by American artist Jason Kimes was inspired by the remarkably complex and beautiful shape of a bird’s nest. Forged from polished stainless steel; each cylinder is attached in a pinwheel-like pattern that grows progressively larger. Kime’s unique work commands attention in a public space and is best viewed from all sides.

He completed a BFA in Sculpture from the University of Southern Mississippi and a MFA in Sculpture from Southern Illinois University in 2005. Since then he has completed multiple outdoor art commissions and taken part in exhibitions across the US. His work is held in private and corporate collections.
