About See the World

This evocative contemporary outdoor sculpture was hand-forged by Marie-Ève Fréchette. The Quebec sculptor is known for her bold choices of form and colour, often inspired by her early career in science. This large-scale abstract sculpture commands space through its strangeness, uniqueness, and vivid lime-green colour.

“When I'm in the workshop, I try to find myself in front of something strange that confronts me. Sometimes by the human scale of the objects, something that makes me smile.”

— Marie-Ève Fréchette
